Who I am:

I’m naturally observant and curious. I notice patterns, ask questions, and spend a lot of time paying attention to how people move through the world and their work. When I’m leading a team, I focus heavily on making the why clear—because once people understand the purpose behind the work, the path forward tends to feel far less complicated.

I care deeply about honest communication, respect for time and energy, and creating momentum without false urgency. I try to move teams into action quickly, while knowing the polished end-result will take time. For me, good leadership is about clarity, follow-through, and helping people move forward with confidence.
